My ADHD Life

Welcome to My ADHD Life!

Hello! My name is Dr. Tish Gentile, and I'm happy you're here. I created this site to share my personal experiences with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and provide ADHD education, research-based information, and helpful tips and resources.

My goal is to raise ADHD awareness, stop the stigma, and provide support and resources to empower others to create a life they love.

About Me

Hi, my name is Tish! I was born and raised in Arkansas and now live in New England with my husband and our fur babies.  I'm a proud mom of two adult sons, Ashton and Kyle!

ADHD Diagnosis: I was diagnosed with ADHD (combined type ) at a young age and was in special eduction from the 2nd grade through my senior year of high school. Now as an adult with ADHD, I actively explore healthy ways to live with this disorder.  My goal is to educate others living with ADHD. I hope that my story and experiences with living with ADHD can help others and stop the stigma.

Education: I graduated with a Doctor of Health Sciences (DHSc) degree and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from A.T. Still University, and a Bachelor of Sciences - Health Sciences degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

My passion is working in healthcare! I have been lucky to have worked in different hospital settings for 20+ years, and I currently work as a Learning and Development consultant at a large academic medical institute in New England.

I'm a member of CHADD (Children & Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) organization, ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association), and a part of the Understood.org Community.
