ADHD Through My Eyes
Hello! My name is Telicia (but I go by Tish!) I am 44 years old and work as a Learning & Organizational Development Consultant for a major medical research institute in New England. I have lived, struggled, and learned to thrive with ADHD and have overcome a lot in my life. Many of the challenges that I have faced stem from my ADHD diagnosis. Growing up with this disorder and now learning to manage it as an adult has taught me the importance of being resilient and persevering through adversity.
My goal is to share my story as it unfolds (through my personal experience), provide ADHD education and research-based information, and share helpful tips and resources. I hope my story inspires, encourages, and raises awareness to help empower those who struggle with this disorder.
Before we get to the present day, I want to set the stage for my journey. In my next post, I will tell you the story of a rambunctious kid from Arkansas in Special Education classes and how she made her way to earning a Doctorate in Health Sciences. I hope you'll join my adventure and find something useful out of my experiences.
Feel share to share a comment and THANK YOU for joining my journey!
